Please provide the following information:

- Do you have an internal grievance policy? and if so, how many stages are there? 
- Do you have a separate process/policy regarding bullying? and if so please provide the same information for complaints of that nature

If you have policy/policies, please provide the following information for the period 01/08/2017 up to and including 30/07/18 
1. how many grievances were submitted by Officers 
a) how many were resolved at the first stage? of these how many were upheld or partially up held 
b) how many were resolved at the subsequent stage(s)? of these how many were upheld or partially upheld? 
c) how many grievances were withdrawn by the aggrieved? 
d) what is the gender split on the submission of grievances?

2. how many grievances were submitted by Police staff 
a) how many were resolved at the first stage? of these how many were upheld or partially up held 
b) how many were resolved at the subsequent stage(s)? of these how many were upheld or partially upheld? 
c) how many grievances were withdrawn by the aggrieved? 
d) what is the gender split on the submission of grievances?

3. how many collective grievances were submitted (split by officer and police staff)? 
how many grievances were submitted by Police staff 
a) how many were resolved at the first stage? of these how many were upheld or partially up held 
b) how many were resolved at the subsequent stage(s)? of these how many were upheld or partially upheld? 
c) how many grievances were withdrawn by the aggrieved?

4. do you have any unresolved/on-going grievances from that period?

5. Do you have a mediation policy and if so how often was that used with this period?

If you do not have such policies how do you manage internal disputes/complaints?
