I would like to request an Internal Review and ask that you please carry out an Internal Review in to my request that i had made which can be viewed here:

If you have a look on this What Do They Know website you will see that many different train companies and tram companies and bus companies have given out copies of their automated announcements sound files to many other people. This includes, LNER (London North Eastern Railway), TFL (London Underground, London Overground, TFL Rail, Elizabeth Line, Docklands Light Railway, Croydon Tram, London Bus), Manchester Metrolink, Tyne & Wear Metro, Blackpool Tram, Edinburgh Tram, and also others as well. So if they can give them out than there is no reason that you can not.

I have listened to all of these announcement files that other train companies have given out and many of them contain various safety announcements. I don't see how these safety announcements could be a security risk at all. There is no way that anybody would be able to do anything by knowing the wording of any of these safety announcements. It seems that the people refusing this request are over worried about safety and security or it is being used as an excuse to refuse the request. There is zero risk in giving these announcements out.

However even if you still uphold that you can not give out the announcements due to safety reasons (which i hope you don't as you will understand this seems a bit ridiculous) than you can at least give out all of your automated announcements except your safety related announcements. So you can just redact and remove the safety announcements (the ones that are causing you to refuse the request) and give me all of the other ones which are not a problem for you. You have zero excuses for not giving out all of the other non safety related announcements.

So i would like you to please reconsider my request and carry out an Internal Review here please. Hopefully you will give out all of your announcements (including the safety related ones) but if not then you can give out all of your announcements except for the safety related ones (so just make sure that you remove them before attaching the files) as you will not have any excuses to not give me these announcements which are not safety related.

I am requesting the sound files of all of your automated announcements including both the announcements that play onboard trains and the announcements that play on station platforms and i will look forward to hopefully a positive outcome of this Internal Review here. Thank you for your help.
