I’d like to request any and all info in relation to the investigation of Environmental Health officer Mohamed Ali following a complaint from myself in relation to his misconduct, professionalism and failure to uphold his duty of care.

The information provided should include and and all documents or communication trails pertaining to the investigation, what was investigated, their outcome, the reasoning of the outcome & next steps.

Subject: FOI - HHSRS reports for 12 The Ridge Way.
