Internal Process Review recommendations
Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Please refer back to FOI 2021/28559 (ICO ref IC-117969-P7C1).
That request, made on 09/04/2021 was as follows: “Please provide any documents showing a) the recommendations made in Internal Process Reviews which are (or have been) being tracked and b) progress made in implementing those recommendations. My understanding is that the Internal Process Review Group (IPRG), in the Customer Experience Directorate, is responsible for tracking these recommendations.”
DWP have since, on 20/03/2023, responded to that request and provided the requested information in an annex (named ‘annex A’). The DWP response stated: “The document attached separately at Annex A contains the information on recommendations made in IPRs, which have been tracked along with the recorded progress made in implementing those actions at the time your request was made.”
I would now like to make a new request:
1. I would like to repeat the earlier request (and limited to the same time period i.e. not including the recommendations made from 10/04/2021 to present), but to include recorded progress on those recommendations to date. Please provide the response in the same three column format as used in annex A attached to the response on 20/03/2023.
2. Annex A currently has three columns, when responding to this request please also list all the column headings which are tracked alongside the information requested at (1) e.g. date of IPR recommendation (I am not requesting the data under those columns).
Yours faithfully,
Owen Stevens
