Information Compliance, Humberside Police

Good afternoon,

We are currently dealing with your FOI request but seek clarification on
the last question. You have asked:

I was hoping that, in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, you
could provide me with the following details/information:

- Humberside Police's current internal policy on diversity in the
workplace

- Humberside Police's current internal policies on bullying in regards to
gender, sexual orientation and race

- Latest figures on employee diversity within the Humberside Police

- Any and all data from the last decade on any disciplinary action towards
Humberside Police employees in regards to bullying or harassment due to
diversity, race, gender or sexual orientation.

In relation to the last question could you please clarify what is meant by
“any and all” – is it just numbers you require or do you want details
broken down by rank, gender, Police Officer, Police staff etc.

Please clarify as much as possible as with the request being for such a
large amount of data (over the last 10yrs) it could take considerable time
to retrieve this.

Kind regards

Information Compliance Unit

Dear Humberside Police,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Humberside Police's handling of my FOI request 'Internal policies and figures about diversity, race, gender & sexual orientation'.

It has now been 7 days since the legal deadline passed for you to respond to my request. In that time I have had no acknowledgment from Humberside Police that they were working on my request nor have I had any update on the time frame in which they would deliver the information. I have requested an internal review to assess why there has been a breakdown in communication and punctuality and also hurry along the process in order to get the information I requested.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/i...

Yours faithfully,
T Mangham

Dear T Mangham,

Please accept my apologies for the delay in sending this response to you.
The e-mail in which you provided the clarification requested for the final
question was unfortunately overlooked and this resulted in the FOI being
closed. This has since been reopened and I have attached the response to
your request.

If, after viewing these results, you would still like an internal review
conducting, please advise of this in a return e-mail.

Yours sincerely,
