Internal policies and figures about diversity, race, gender & sexual orientation

The request was successful.

Dear West Yorkshire Police,

I was hoping that, in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, you could provide me with the following details/information:

- WYP's current internal policy on diversity in the workplace
- WYP's current internal policies on bullying in regards to gender, sexual orientation and race
- Latest figures on employee diversity within WYP
- Any and all data from the last decade on any disciplinary action towards WYP employees in regards to bullying or harassment due to diversity, race, gender or sexual orientation.

Thanks for your help.

Yours faithfully,
T. Mangham

Good morning,

Please can you provide the following clarification for the 4th question (disciplinary action):

Are you talking about cases where a staff member has allegedly bullied or discriminated against another member of staff due to protected characteristics, or members of the public?

Please note that until you respond with this clarification your request will be placed on hold.

Thank you

Dear West Yorkshire Police,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

It has now been 7 days since the deadline for my request passed, a deadline which you have not yet fulfilled. In response to this handling, I am now asking for an internal review as to why my request still hasn't been fulfilled and hurry along the process in getting the information that I requested back to me.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/i...

Dear Freedom of Information,

Thank you for replying to me with the information I asked for. However, the information you have provided me in regards to employee diversity figures cover the whole of England and Wales and not just specifically West Yorkshire like I asked for. I would be very grateful if this could be rectified.

Yours sincerely,
T Mangham
