Internal News articles April 2015 and April 2016
Dear HM Revenue and Customs,
I would like to request a copy of HMRC's news articles, published on the department's internal intranet, from April 2015 to April 2016.
I would also like copies of all comments posted in relation to each of these articles, including those that have been removed by administrators.
Where necessary, I understand that names will need to be redacted.
Yours faithfully,
Guy Johnson

Thank you for your communication of 7 May 2016 which has been passed to
HMRC’s Freedom of Information Team.
We have allocated the above reference which you should quote if you need
to contact us.
The Team will arrange for a reply to be sent to you which will either
comply with HMRC’s obligations under Freedom of Information Act or, if we
think it’s an enquiry that we don’t need to address under the terms of the
Act, let you know why. If it is the latter we will, if possible, pass it
on to a more appropriate part of the Department for answer.

Dear HM Revenue and Customs,
You are required by law to respond promptly to a Freedom of Information request and if this is not possible, then within 20 days. You have failed to do this in response to my request titled 'Internal new articles April 2015 and April 2016,' and have now taken 24 days to respond.
I intend to complain directly to the Information Commissioner. But, can you tell me if you intend to respond to my request at all? And if not, why not?
Yours faithfully,
Guy Johnson
