Copies of all correspondence between NHSBT staff relating to the formulation and distribution of a notice concerning the Infected Blood Inquiry that was circulated by NHSBT on week commencing 24th September 2018 to a variety of NHS Trusts.
The e-mail subject contained in it "NHSBT Infected Blood Inquiry - for information".
Please note that I am not asking for correspondence to or from IBI but that within NHSBT.
