In each of the 3 years ended 31 March 2011 and from 1 April 2011 to the present time:

1) How many Internal Resolving Issue complaints were raised by HMRC staff?

2) Identify the number of each type of complaint, eg Bullying, Harrassment, Victimisation etc

3) How many in each type, identified in 2 above, were upheld?

4) How many in each type, identified in 2 and 3 above, resulted in the dismisal of person complained about?
