Internal Grievance Procedure or complaints initiated by Police Officers and Police Staff

The authority would like to / has responded by postal mail to this request.

Dear Cleveland Police,

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from your Constabulary:

1) How many grievances/complaints have been initiated internally by Police Officers in the years 2008 – 2018?

(2) How many grievances/complaints have been initiated by Police Staff Civilian throughout the same period?

(3) How many grievances/complaints led to criminal or disciplinary proceedings throughout the same period?

(4) How many grievances/complaints related to complaints of bullying or harassment throughout the same period?

(5) A breakdown of the final classification of all internal grievances/complaints with disposal.

Please provide the information in an electronic format (e.g. as a .csv file). Failing that, I would be happy to come in and inspect the record. If not all the information is available, then please provide me with the parts of it that are or advise me as to how I might refine my request.

If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, by email or phone, under your Section 16 obligations, as to how I can refine my request to be included in the scope of the Act.
