Dear Department for Transport,

Please provide me with any correspondence with the Department for Transport and / or any internal documents, email etc. (i.e. documents other than correspondence with the franchisee) in respect of the performance, reliability and general service levels on the Cotswold Line (Oxford - Worcester stations) since January 1st 2018.

Thank you for your request of 3^rd July and further email of 6^th July for
correspondence  with the Department for Transport on the reliability and
performance levels on the Cotswold Line since January 2018.

response within 20 working days of receipt. We aim to provide a response
no later than 31^st July. If we cannot meet this deadline we will let you
