Your Internal Dispute Resolution Policy previously detailed that complaints would be responded to in full within 20 working days. Please confirm when this guidance was removed, provide a copy of the previous (now amended) complaints procedure specifying 20 days to respond, and provide documents detailing how the response time is now calculated.
