Internal Dates for Party Registration, not just Decision Date

Sandra Humphrey made this Freedom of Information request to Electoral Commission

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was refused by Electoral Commission.

Dear Electoral Commission,

In order to establish political independence and non-bias against "English" or "British" party NAMES, please provide the following selected data as table(s) under FOI Freedom of Information, in order of priority, for limited allotted time (eg. 8 hours total).

(Application) Party Leader Neil Humphrey has lodged a E'C' complaint, so in accordance with our interirm ruling, I have taken over FOI duty, and need relevant data of our and other applications (for considering any potential judicial review).

We appreciate 30 working days is stated. However, we have also stated this urgency is for any possible Batley & Spen surprise writ under the 'Recess Elections Act 1975'. This may not get much press attention during the July / August holiday period.

Other party names have been decided much faster. We have been informed of no "queries" or "issues" with our application, after correction on the 6th of July. We are concerned.

This would not have been asked for, but for delays in English Independence and similar "rival" nationalist party applications. It is important for the Commission to be seen as impartial.

Please undertakeeach task to completion as best can, but cease after 10 minutes work on each item (unless longer is requested), before moving onto next (lower) priority.

Items are in order of priority, the first appearing as most important; the last the least.
