Kristian Dye made this Freedom of Information request to St George's University of London

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, St George's University of London should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear St George’s University of London,

I am writing, under the Freedom of Information Act (2000) to request the release of any and all documents (including but not limited to emails, notes, letters and records of meetings) involved in the development of an email sent on 25 September 2015 to all Final Year MBBS Students with the subject line: 'Letter to final year medical students', sent from the account of Alicia Saward and signed by Professors Peter Kopelman, Deborah Bowman, Anne-Marie Reid and Iain McPhee.

If the documents contain sections which are subject to exemption under The Act, please clearly mark sections which have been removed.

Yours faithfully,

Kristian Dye
