Dear University of Warwick FOI Team,

Please can I request any internal correspondence between the Media Team at the Univeristy and other executive staff relating to Vitoria Mario.

The To/CC fields of any emails should be included to establish which members of the University Executive were aware of this article and the media team's response.

This is in relation to this article - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-53857694

Given the University's public engagement with this story no data protection or GDPR rules apply, this FOI relates firmly to the University's response and not the individual named.
As such I would not expect any correspondence, if any exists, between the University and any non-University individuals. Correspondence to the SLC/SFE should be included however.

Yours faithfully,
Jim Bell
