Cassandra Steel

Dear Environment Agency,

Could I please request a copy of internal memo's, emails and or communications which discuss the treatment of any request made by companies who have fracking related applications.

I also request a copy of the environment agency's consideration of waste application licence SK 39814 78401 Permit ref: EPR/FB3109FG/A001 specifically objections were made as to the content of that licence including the distance which was stated by INEOS to the village of Marsh Lane, I would like any documents which refer to checks which were made on the distances submitted by INEOS as these are incorrect. I would also like any documents which refer specifically to the mini frack and testing which is included in that documentation and therefore included within the permit which has been granted. Also in relation to this application I request a copy of any emails or letters between the Environment Agency and INEOs or their agents, including emails and letters between departments discussing this application and how to proceed. If these emails and letters refer to any policy documents or guidance which has been given I also request a copy of this guidance and policy documentation. If any internal memorandums have an influence on the decision which has been made I also wish a copy of these.

Yours faithfully,

Cassandra Steel
