Internal and External Staff Event Costs

We're waiting for Stewart Inglis to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Ayrshire College,

Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, please provide me with the following information:

Since merger, year on year, please provide breakdown of all costs associated with the following:

1. Staff Conferences held at Ayr Racecourse (including hiring of transport, hiring of venue, food and drink)
2. Internal Staff Conferences held in-house (including hiring of transport, food and drink, overtime payments for staff)
3. Christmas events for Staff at Ayr Racecourse (including prizes, hiring of venue, food and drink)
4. Cost of Christmas gifts (monetary value plus details of gifts and Christmas lunches) for all Board of Management members each year
5. Cost of Consultancy fees to provide training to Managers

Please also advise which budget centres these costs were attributed to.

With regard to Q4, can you please clarify how much is allocated to the Board of Management budget?
