Dear The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust,

I am a part time MSc Health Informatics student at Yorkshire Centre of Health Informatics. As part of my MSc project I am undertaking research into take up of using Open Source Software and Technologies within the NHS.

I notice that you were successful in securing Integrated Digital Care Technology Fund funding details which details of are below.

Safer Hospitals, Safer Ward
Project Name: Evolve Mobile
Project Type: Digital Records (Single Organisation)
Funding Awarded: £50,000

I would really appreciate it if you could answer my quick online survey regarding your experiences of this?
