The request was successful.

Dear Homerton University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust,

I am a part time MSc Health Informatics student at Yorkshire Centre of Health Informatics.

As part of my MSc project I am undertaking research into take up of using Open Source Software and Technologies within the NHS.

I notice that you were successful in securing funding for a project under the Integrated Digital Care Technology Fund which is listed below:

Integrated Digital Care Fund:
Project Name Acute Electronic Patient Record Development Strategy
Project Type Digital Care Records (Single Organisation)
Funding Awarded £1,350,000

I would really appreciate it if you could answer my quick online survey regarding your experiences of this? The link to the survey is below:

The survey will take 5 minutes or less to complete and you will be contributing towards a great project.

If you do not answer the online survey I would appreciate you completing the following questions.

1. Does your organisation have an Open Source Strategy?
2. What Software and Technologies did you choose for your Integrated Digital Care Technology Fund funded projects?
3. Is the software and technology you have used for your project an Open Source Product?
4. Does the software / technology interface with another system? If so is the interface based on Open Standards / Open APIs?

Yours faithfully,

Ben Sewell
