• The ITT documents which were used to support the procurement of the current contract

• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date
• Start date & duration of framework
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?

Subject: FOI response 2123

Dear Ms Williams

I refer to your request of 25^th January 2021 and am now in a position to
respond.

Please see below responses beside the questions you have posed together
with attached documents for your information.

As you will see we have provided the information as outlined below.  We
have provided an actual spend figure under this contract to date, without
breaking it into per Lot spend; this is in order to keep pricing
information confidential. Some of the information you have requested is
being withheld from release as we believe that disclosure is prejudicial
to both the University’s and the unsuccessful bidders’ commercial
interests, in accordance with section 43(2) of the Freedom of Information
Act 2000 (the FOIA).

We consider that disclosure is likely to prejudice the commercial
interests of both the University and the unsuccessful bidders, because the
publication might discourage future bids and thus reduce the
competitiveness of the University’s future tenders.  It is in the public
interest that Public Authorities obtain value for money when procuring
goods and services.

I am obliged, under the Freedom of Information Act, to inform you of our
complaints procedures in case you are unhappy about the way in which your
request has been dealt with.

If you are unhappy with the way your request for information has been
handled, you can request a review by writing to Helen Johnstone, Head of
Governance and Regulatory Affairs, University of Worcester, Henwick Grove,
Worcester WR2 6AJ.

If you remain dissatisfied with the handling of your request or complaint,
you have a right to appeal to the Information Commissioner at: The
Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow,
Cheshire, SK9 5AF.  Telephone: 0303 123 1113 – [7]www.ico.gov.uk

If I can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact
me.

Yours sincerely,

Gemma Harris
