I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect to the contract below.

Tender for Insurance and Associated Services

The details we require are:
• The ITT documents which were used to support the procurement of the current contract
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date
• Start date & duration of framework
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

I refer to your request for information which is being managed under the provisions of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (“the FOISA”).

Please find the University’s response as follows:

The University has been members of U.M. Association Limited since 2016, and does not go to tender for Insurance Services. Further information can be viewed on the University’s Contract Register under reference QMU-18670. Link to the register:!/instituti.... The Senior Officer is the Director of Operations and Finance.

Your right to seek a review of how your information request was managed

If you are not satisfied with the University’s response and/or our reasoning, you have the right to request a review of our decision. The time lines in which this right is available are set out in section 20(5)(a) and (b) FOISA. In broad terms the right to seek a review must be exercised within 40 working days of receiving this response.
