May I have the figures for your council for the years 2010 to the present day.

1) The number of people in Children's Social Care (past and present) with criminal convictions employed by Tower Hamlets Council.

2) The number of people in Stephen Hawking's School (2 Brunton place E14 7LL) with criminal convictions.

3) The top five types of convictions of employees within Children's Social Care and Stephen Hakwing's School

4) The number of disclosures requested from the CRB, in regards to Children's Social Care and Stephen Hakwing's School.

5) The number of enhanced disclosures requested from the CRB, in regards to Children's Social Care and Stephen Hakwing's School.

6) Please indicate the number of abuse/drug use referrals/allegations that you are aware of for the last 6 years made against Stephen Hawking's School.

7) Please indicate if and how your council responded to such allegations/referrals made against Stephen Hawking School, i.e. what action was taken, how were allegations/referrals investigated, what was the outcome.

8) Please provide me with the number of instances your council is aware of where local authority safeguarding procedures have substantiated allegations of institutional abuse/neglect at Stephen Hawking's school over the past 6 years.

9) Please provide number of referrals made by Stephen Hawking's School to Tower hamlets (Children with Disabilities team) about safeguarding issues within transport.

10) Please provide number of referrals made by Stephen Hawking's School to Tower hamlets (Children with Disabilities team) about safeguarding issues of a family in the last nine months.

14) How often drug checks are carried out on Passenger Transport Assistants in the E3 area traveling to Stephen Hawking's School.

15) How often is KOLL (Knowledge of Language and Life UK) assessment carried out. How many employees in the E3 area, traveling to Stephen Hawking school have been required to produce this?

16) How many Passenger Transport Assistants (Transporting disabled children) in the E3 area to Stephen Hawking's School, have a level of medical knowledge. How is this assessed, what qualifications are needed.
