Inspector David Snasdell correspondence /email/memo/letters
Dear Cheshire Constabulary/Mr Gannon
you recently informed me Cheshire Constabulary does not hold any recorded documents relating to that occasion in April 2013 when officers were ordered to, and went, door to door throughout the village of Davenham asking residents, many my neighbours, to ignore the contents of a recently delivered publication they had received named Thebloodhound, my own creation. That particular issue proved the Constabulary, namely the then Chief Constable David Whatton, not only refusing to investigate but also refusing to provide reasons why it refused to investigate a raft of irrefutable evidence proving numbers of local Government officers committing serious criminal offences, and despite one of officer, Councillor Helen Weltman working on a part time basis for Weaver Vale MP Graham Evans and having access to large numbers of constituents highly confidential and private information.
Mr Gannon I am reliably informed, and can now prove, Inspector David Snasdell of Cheshire Constabulary to be one of possibly several different officers who created and received numbers of documents relating to the above incident, including emails. Based on this fact it is clear you have mistakenly, or even deliberately, misinformed me in these matters and as a result of my highlighting your blunder will you now kindly agree to give over to me all that information you have always known me lawfully entitled.
To conclude you will of course recall refusing my earlier submitted Subject Access Request which sought copy of all documents containing my name, or which supplied sufficient evidence as would enable a third party to identify me - shamefully you refused it claiming it a vexatious request - Mr Gannon HM Inspector of Constabularies recently found Cheshire Constabulary to be our Nations 3rd worse Constabulary for responding to, investigating, recording incidents of crime including incidents of rape and violence, fortunately for me on this occasion I am not asking you provide me information relating to a crime but instead every day documentation the kind which without its existence would cause Cheshire Constabulary to cease being operational.
I look forward to receiving all that information you know me lawfully entitled.
Yours faithfully,
ROBERT PICKTHALL
Dear Cheshire Constabulary/ Mr Gannon

Dear Freedom of Information,
Your Force, seconded by the Merseyside Force, claim it does not hold any correspondence relating to its officers going door to door throughout Davenham pleading with residents not to read any of that raft of irrefutable evidence I had provided them proving numbers of Cheshire West and Chester senior officers, along with both Davenham and Moulton Parish Council officers, committing serious criminal offences.
Mr Gannon I write to thank you, your team, and your colleague at Merseyside Police, for doing all that you could to assist me in this most serious mater.
Yours sincerely,
ROBERT PICKTHALL
