Inspection reports at places that hold non human primates
Dear Home Office Science Advisory Committee,
Dear Home Office Science Advisory Committee,
Please could you advise who holds this information, as The Animals in Science Committee does not hold the information requested.
I would like to request inspection reports at facilities that hold non human primates, and those that test on them please?
I have looked at ASRU inspections back to 2010, but these document animals already in the research system, and only report on non compliance and failure cases, rather than actual inspection results

Dear Animals in Science Policy,
Thank you for your reply
With respect to this comment " To help us to deal with your request properly, I would be grateful if you would provide
clarification on what you require regarding question 4. Please provide what information you
are referring to and what date range you are requesting this information for. For example,
are you requesting information for the date range of 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022
and are you requesting the names of establishments that hold non-human primates. "
According to records that I have been able to find, the last inspection report by a UK inspector of suppliers of non human primates from overseas to the UK was in 2008.
So my question is where can I find the subsequent inspection reports of overseas inspections of suppliers of non human primates to UK Laboratories?
These reports will name the establishments where the non human primates are held I assume ? If not I would like to request that information too please.
Please could I see copies of these reports from 2008 to present day ?
Yours sincerely,
sharon stratford
Dear Animals in Science Policy,
The latest inspection report that I am able to find by a UK inspector of overseas suppliers of non-human primates is back in 2008
So my question is where can I find subsequent inspection reports by UK inspectors of overseas suppliers of non-human primates to UK Laboratories and breeding establishments. I would expect this information to include who the suppliers were.
If not please can you tell me who the suppliers are who have supplied non-human primates to UK Laboratories and Breeding establishments from 2008 until (current day) 2023
Also please can you tell me where I can find inspection reports by UK inspectors of overseas suppliers of non-human primates to UK Laboratories and breeding establishments from 2008 until (current day) 2023
Thank you for your time
Yours sincerely,
sharon stratford
Dear Animals in Science Policy,
Thank you for your reply
All that I am asking is where can I find inspection reports for animals namely non-human primates that are imported into the UK, from the establishments where they are kept/held prior to being brought into the UK
So asking where the inspection reports may be requested from. My question was a general question, but the last 3 years inspection results will be most relevant, so from 2019 to 2022 please
The names of establishments that hold non-human primates outside the UK would be helpful, then I could search for the answers myself too.
Yours sincerely,
sharon stratford
