Dear Darren Wilsher,

Thank you for your response.

However what you have stated is incorrect. Reports have been made and at least one inspection to the Huntley Centre with recommendations and report to the Health Protection Agency in 2013.

Given this I request that you go back and check the records in full as requested and provide the details.

I also request that this request is considered for the Highgate Mental Health Centre on Dartmouth Park Hill also run by the same Trust. This is because in error I made a request to Islington Council about this hospital

I also request that you give a full explanation of why
Camden have denied that this has occured and provide the name of the manager of the Directorate responsible for this department. I also request details of which databases were checked within Camden

I will add at this point that this request has been made following reports of infestation made to Camden with e mails confirming visits were made and that there was extensive infestation on at least one ward.

So now please provide a full explanantion of why Camden have denied that this has occured

Yours sincerely,

Marion Affleck

Dear Camden Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Camden Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Inspection for infestation on hospital premises'.

As I did not get an acknowledgment to my response of 5th November (except for an out of office reply) I am therefore requesting an internal review as the information provided to me is inaccurate and misleading.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/i...
