Under the general requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please can you provide me with the following activity within the last 24 months relating to the Pothole (on Roundabout) at co-ordinates: 52.271315,-0.01232 (Link to Google Maps: http://alturl.com/e94ib)

1) a summary of any complaints or notifications to the council directly relating to road damage at this location, with date of complaint or notification.
2) a summary of any responses directly relating to complaints or notifications of road damage relating to this location.
3) a list of all inspections undertaken relating to road damage.
4) a list of results for the inspection undertaken relating to road damage.
5) a list of work undertaken as a result of any inspections relating to road damage.
6) future planned works relating to repairs of aforementioned road damage.

Please omit any details which would you feel would breach the Data Protection Act, I do not require personal information relating to the sources of complaints or notifications.
