Can the Insolvency Service confirm whether Michael Abram Goldstein no longer works as an insolvency practitioner/trustee for Myers Clark Ltd or Myers Clark Business Recovery Ltd ( the insolvency practitioners register does not make it clear exactly which company he works for) and confirm if he now works and is listed as an insolvency practitioner for RG Insolvency Ltd ( appointed as a director from 1 February 2019) on your insolvency practitioners register.
It now appears that your Insolvency Practitioners register has been recently up-dated with Michael Abram Goldstein new company details for RG Insolvency Ltd whose registered office address on Companies House is showing as 2nd Floor, Hygeia House, 66 College Road, Harrow, England, HA1 1BE and not the same previous address/ contact details that are still listed on your Insolvency Practitioners register for Myers Clark and Myers Clark Business Recovery Ltd that are two separate companies that Michael Abram Goldstein no longer works for according to your register.
On the basis of your email of 13/02/19, am I to assume your previous FOIA request lodged 05/02 is now redundant?
We would like ensure we have answered all your questions, please let us know if this is not the case. I have reattached our previous response to you for convenience.
