I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out to request specific information regarding Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) applications processed through the Innovator Visa route.

1. From January 1, 2023, to the present date, what has been the longest processing time for an ILR application under this category?
2. Similarly, from January 1, 2023, to the present date, what has been the quickest processing time for an application?
3. How many ILR applications through the Innovator Visa have you received from January 1, 2023, to the present date?
4. With regards to the ILR applications received through the Innovator Visa from January 1, 2023, to the present date:
• How many applications have been approved?
• How many have been rejected ?
• How many are still awaiting a decision?
• For those awaiting a decision, what is the average duration of the delay so far?
5. Can you provide the average processing time for ILR applications received between January 1, 2023, and the present date?
