Inquiry and compensation costs
Dear Department of Health and Social Care,
Part A) Please can you tell me the cost of each inquiry/investigation listed below (i.e. total amount paid for each and what is included in that figure)
Part B) Please can you also tell me for each case, how many people claimed compensation, which body paid the compensation and how much they paid. I would like the amount paid broken down into total amount; legal fees on both sides; compensation paid to claimant.
The investigations are:
