Dear Home Office,

"Public Servants" refer to: Home Office staff, employees at detention centres, solicitors appointed by the Home Office, contractors hired by the Home Office and anybody else who may be considered to hold a position of authority due to their role serving the Home Office.

Following the rather recent reports ( http://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2013/... ) of sexual abuse at Yarls Wood detention centre, can you please provide me with a copy of all investigation files following simular reports of misconduct at this centre.

I am aware of investigations and "inspections" being conducted at this facility a number of times over the past years, for incidents ranging from assult, to now rape:

Dear Freedom Of Information Team ( IND ),

Further to my FOI request to yourselves (my ref: 176953), I have received a response from Beds police to which I am quite shocked at.

Following on from a request to the Bed Police ( https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/1... ) it appears that the serious crimes were not reported to the police? I'm sure the enquiries and documentation already requested will outline the reasoning for this, but if not, can you please provide information you hold that outlines why the police were not informed and investigations not carried out in regards to these serious crimes?

Yours sincerely,

Wayne Pearsall

Dear Home Office,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Home Office's handling of my FOI request 'Inquiries into Detention ....
28975

So all of the information you hold is personal info. I don't think so. .. Why are the reps not passed onto the police appropriately.

If an assault happens in prison outside charges are possible shock requires police intervention. ...

Why are detainees treated less favorably just because they are immigration detainees. I am certain you hold information on this matter. Heck. Talk about cover ups. .. arranging the forced deportation of all the recent complainants. ...

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/i...

Yours faithfully,

Wayne Pearsall

Dear Home Office,

28975

bit of a joke that another request is being refused isn't it. The Home Office doesn't like airing its dirty laundry does it. Going so far as to remove somebody in the country to cover up the scandal and prevent justice being served.

Wayne Pearsall
