Injury on Duty Reviews

The request was refused by Lancashire Constabulary.

Dear Lancashire Constabulary,

You have very kindly provided me with me information regarding reviews in a previous Request.

I am now requesting further information please in relation to reviews conducted by yourselves.

In the years 2014, 2015, 2016,2017 and 2018, please tell me how many reviews were conducted. Were they force initiated or requested by the pensioner?

What were the results of these reviews please?

Please list what bandings officers went from and to, if there were any changes.

I look forward to hearing from you within the twenty days permitted.

With many thanks,

Yours faithfully,

Henry Hatwell
