Dear Avon and Somerset Constabulary,

In January 2016, you published the following document

Section 2.3 states the following

The Police Pension Authority will establish a liaison group consisting of;
(1) The Director of HR and Finance and/or the Head of HR
(2) 2 nominees from the Police Federation
(3) 1 representative of each of the local NARPO branches
(4) The Head of Occupational Health or their nominee
(5) HR Manager to support the process
to meet on a quarterly basis to discuss issues of general import relating to the
review of injury awards including any proposed changes. Following the meeting, the
action points will be circulated after the meeting to all members of the Group.

Can you please provide me with details of all subsequent meetings held by the stated persons or their nominees. I would like times and dates of the meeting, persons present, copies of agendas, minutes of the meetings and any documents produced or referred to.

Please find attached the agendas and minutes of the subsequent meetings.
In addition there is an attendance list for the liaison group dated 30^th
March. There is one redaction on the AOB section of the 14^th June
Minutes. The information constitutes personal information therefore is
exempt by virtue of section 40(2).

 

The Merseyside questionnaire which is referred to is attached as
requested.

In addition 2 spreadsheets are referred to, however the information on
those spreadsheets would enable those in receipt of an IOD award, and
their banding, to be identified, therefore as above this information is
exempt by virtue of section 40(2).

The exemption applicable to the redacted/ withheld information is Section
40(2), third party personal information. This is an Absolute exemption so
therefore there is no requirement to conduct a harm or public interest
test. Any information is exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of
Information Act if it relates to or is supplied by another individual and
disclosure of that information would contravene any of the principles of
the 1998 Data Protection Act, in this particular case, disclosure of this
information would contravene Principles 1 and 2 of the Act, whereby
personal data shall be processed fairly and lawfully and only obtained for
one or more specified purpose or purposes.
