Under the freedom of information act I ask for disclosure of documents and or guidance that explicitly states the constabulary's current or future intended policy in reviewing former police officers under Regulation 37 of the Police Injury Benefit Regulations 2006.

If you have no documented policy please disclose any letter template used in the last 3 months that advises any member of the public in receipt of an injury award what might happen in regards to reviewing their degree of disablement.

I understand that you have 20 working days to abide by the requirements of the act. I also understand that you have a duty to provide help and assistance if there are an difficulties in you answering my request.
