Q1. What computer software are you using for Highways Maintenance Works
Ordering and Inspections, how much are you paying per year, and when is

take? Who within the council is responsible for this contract?

 

Our software system is called Confirm.  Support costs are £31544 per
annum.  The current support contract will expire on 21^st September 2020.
The contract manager is Mandy Bates and any contract renewal will follow
Council’s contract standing orders.

 

 

Q2. What computer software are you using for Bridges/Structures, how much
are you paying per year, and when is the contract due to expire and what
format will the procurement process take? Who within the council is
responsible for this contract?

 

Our software system is called Confirm.  Support costs are £31544 per
annum.  The current support contract will expire on 21^st September 2020.
The contract manager is Mandy Bates and any contract renewal will follow
Council’s contract standing orders.

 

 

Q3. What computer software are you using for Flood Risk, how much are you
paying per year, how many users are you licensed for and when is the
contract due to expire and what format will the procurement process take?
Who within the council is responsible for this contract?

 

There is no specific software system in place for Flood Risk.  The Council
has a corporate GIS which contains flood risk data presented to users for
analysis when the need arises.  The corporate GIS costs the Council
£10,500 per annum and the contract is due for renewal or review in June
2020.

 

Q4. What computer software are you using for Drainage, how much are you
paying per year, and when is the contract due to expire and what format
will the procurement process take? Who within the council is responsible
for this contract?

 

The software we use for checking drainage design for development is
Innovyse Mircodrainage Software.  The support contract is £2026 per annum.

 

 

Q5. What computer software are you using for Street Lighting Management,
how much are you paying per year, and when is the contract due to expire
and what format will the procurement process take? Who within the council
is responsible for this contract?

We are currently using Yotta Mayrise Street Works Permit Module.  The
annual cost is in the region of £20,000 and we believe it is a perpetual
contract.
