Response: WDM – Annual Licence. The Highway Maintenance Team is
responsible for this contract. The overall annual cost is £35,000 for the
WDM system. When there is a requirement, the City Council procures its
good and services by following EU & UK Regulations and its own Contract
Procedure Rules.
Q2. What computer software are you using for Bridges/Structures, how much
are you paying per year, and when is the contract due to expire and what
format will the procurement process take? Who within the council is
responsible for this contract?
Response: WDM - Annual Licence. The Structures and LLFA Team is
responsible for this contract. The overall annual cost is £35,000 for the
WDM system. When there is a requirement, the City Council procures its
good and services by following EU & UK Regulations and its own Contract
Procedure Rules.
Q3. What computer software are you using for Flood Risk, how much are you
paying per year, how many users are you licensed for and when is the
contract due to expire and what format will the procurement process take?
Who within the council is responsible for this contract?
Response: We do not use any proprietary software for Flood Risk data.

Response: WDM - Annual Licence. The Highway Maintenance Team is
responsible for this contract. The overall annual cost is £35,000 for the
WDM system. When there is a requirement, the City Council procures its
good and services by following EU & UK Regulations and its own Contract

Response: Dealt with through a street lighting PFI.

Response:
Microsoft Office Suite – corporate contract.
Cadcorps GIS – corporate contract. When there is a requirement, the City
Council procures its good and services by following EU & UK Regulations
and its own Contract Procedure Rules.
Korek “K-console” suite - £400 per annum rolling contract. Specific
software for Trimble GPS plotter, no alternative supplier. No new
procurement requirement. When there is a requirement, the City Council
procures its good and services by following EU & UK Regulations and its
own Contract Procedure Rules.
Q7. What computer software are you using for Parks and Open Spaces, how
much are you paying per year, and when is the contract due to expire and
what format will the procurement process take? Who within the council is
responsible for this contract?
Response:
Nav man for route planning and issuing work, £7, 500 a year on a yearly
contract. The procurement process is one quote for work under £10k.
Svantek for HAVS monitoring is £2,700 a year on a year contract. The
procurement process is one quote for work under £10k.
