Informed consent proof in Scotland

ANNA Frances made this Freedom of Information request to Public Health Scotland This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The request was successful.

Dear Public Health Scotland,

Please provide proof of the manner of Informed consent that has been and is carried out to all the millions of Scottish people -ie at what point were they all shown the Yellow cards reports -of UK or te Scottish equivalent from your government website under the adverse effects section of Covid19. and if they were shown was that before or after the vaccines? This revealing of adverse effects is required by law to comply legally with Informed consent.
The UK government has not and is not complying with Informed consent as none of the millions of people vaccinated were shown the Yellow Cards adverse reactions reports of Covid19 vaccines prior to their vaccines - My query is is Scotland complying with the legal requisites of the Informed Consent which is why i really appreciate your kind reply .I would like to see what recorded instructions your government has for all Scottish people taking the vaccines which constitutes Informed Consent-prior to being vaccinated.
Yours faithfully,

ANNA Frances
