Multiquote portal.

 

2)    What Frameworks do the Trust use to procure IT Requirements ≤
£50,000?

The Trust use either Crown Commercial Solutions frameworks, London
Procurement Partnership or G-Cloud.

We might also use other pan-London bespoke published frameworks

 

3)    What Frameworks do the Trust use to  procure IT requirements ≥
£100,000? 

The Trust use either Crown Commercial Solutions frameworks, London
Procurement Partnership or G-Cloud.

We might also use other pan-London bespoke published frameworks

 

4)    What Outsourced IT agreements are currently in place and when do
they expire?

We do not have specific outsourced IT agreements

 

5)    Which IT Suppliers do the Trust currently have Strategic
Partnerships with?

The Trust do not have specific Strategic Partnerships; most of solutions
are for support and maintenance. 

 

6)    Which persons within the Trust, are responsible for Managing IT
Suppliers?

The Associate Director of ICT

 

7)    Excluding Executive Leadership, which people within the Trust have a
strategic IT responsibility?

The Associate Director of ICT

 

8)    When will the Trust's IM&T Strategy be updated?

This is current under review 

 

9)    What are the Trust's top 5 IT challenges for the Trust this Autumn
(2019).

Migration to Win 10, Migration to Office 365, Cyber security, overall
network modernisation, continuing to support our EPR.

 

10)  Will there be any upcoming opportunities for new IT Suppliers to
provide solutions to these challenges via OJEU this Autumn? (2019)
