Dear Mr Hutchinson,

I have noticed an error in the FOI response letter issued to you at 16:20
today and I am writing to correct that mistake.

Please see attached an amended letter to correct the error.

For transparency purposes, the wrong exemption was stated at part 4 of the
letter. Instead of an exemption under s.41 of the FOIA being applicable,
this should have stated an exemption under section 43 of the FOIA under
the basis of commercial interests.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

As previously stated, if you are unhappy with the handling of this Freedom
of Information request, please contact the undersigned in the first
instance. Should you still be dissatisfied then you may apply for an
internal review by writing to the MD of YPO, Simon Hill, at the address
below.

Should you still be dissatisfied following this review you may appeal to
the Information Commissioner at Information Commissioner’s Office,
Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF, or email

Kind regards
