4. What is the primary desktop operating in use?

5. How many servers are in use?
6. What e-mail system is in use?
7. What Server monitoring solutions are in use?
8. What Cloud technologies, if any, are you considering moving to?
9. When is the next major technology infrastructure refresh planned?
10. When is the next desktop refresh planned?
