Would it be possible to receive the following regarding the Big Fun
Run held on 21st August 2010.
-How many participants?
-The number of parking spaces provided for the event?
-Any work you did as authority e.g. litter-picking, bins, provision
of equipment for the event?
-Did you provide any staff to assist with the event?
-Any costs that you charged the organisers for any of the above.
-Any charges you charged for the provision of the event including
ground rent and services you provided?
-How the site was left after the event?

I acknowledge your request for information received on 22/11/10.

Your request is being considered and you will receive the information

Your request for information has now been considered and the information

The Big Fun Run, Darley Park, 21 August 2010.

How many participants? Estimated around 200 participants.

-The number of parking spaces provided for the event? Participants used
the public car park at Parkers Piece, it was expected that the majority of
attendees would use public transport or would have walked to the event.

-Any work you did as authority e.g. litter-picking, bins, provision

of equipment for the event? The site was cleared by the event
organisers, no bins or equipment was provided by Derby City Council.

-Did you provide any staff to assist with the event? No.

-Any costs that you charged the organisers for any of the above. N/A

-Any charges you charged for the provision of the event including ground
rent and services you provided? No ground rent charges were incurred as it
was classed as a charity/fundraising event and the site is used free of
charge for these.

-How the site was left after the event? It was reported that the site
was clear and free from litter.

that material. For example publishing or otherwise re-using it for
commercial purposes or sending any marketing material or spam emails. You
must get the consent of the copyright owner which may involve the granting
of a licence and the application of a fee.

the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
