Dear J G KIng,
Thank you for your requets about FOI and Data access requests.  Before
gathering the information for you, I would like to ask for clarification.
This is to ensure that we understand fully what you need and that the
figures we supply to you are accurate and relevnat.
In question 2 you ask for the number of exceptions used.  Is this
referring to the exemptions to disclosure?  If so do you mean the number
of requests where we applied exemptions, or the total number of exemptions
applied? (We may use more than one exemption in a single request, for
example one question might ask about information we publish on our
website, and another might ask for personal information.)
Once we have received your clarification, I will reconfirm the date by
which we will respond and we will start to gather the data you have
requested.
Kind Regards
Vanna Leathart

Dear Vanna Leathart,

Is this referring to the exemptions to disclosure? If so do you mean the number
of requests where we applied exemptions, or the total number of exemptions applied?

Yes, question 2 refers to the exemptions to disclosure and the total number of requests where exemptions were applied.

Hope this clarifies.

Yours sincerely,

J G King
