Dear Mr Stansfiled,

The information the council holds in relation to your request for
information is attached. Please note we are due to reconsider our position
in 2022 but it is a OJUE compliant arrangement where West Mercia trade on
our behalf and we may choose to continue with that arrangement. In
response to question 2, we do not have an individual officer who is
responsible for the arrangements of energy contracts/purchasing. Please
see information about procurement and a link to the portal here:

Please note: If you are dissatisfied with the Council’s response you have
a right of appeal. In the first instance please forward your appeal to
Customer Relations, Cheltenham Borough Council, Municipal Offices,

request email]. Your appeal will be considered and a response sent to you
within 20 working days.

If you are still not happy with this decision you have a further right of
