Response
1. A list of vehicles owned or leased to the council. Please include;
registration mark, fleet number (if used), make & model and body type.
Please see the attached document.
You will notice that some of the information has been removed [vehicle
registration numbers for private vehicles] as this information relates to
other people’s private personal data and is exempt under section 40 of the
Freedom of Information Act ‘personal information’. Further information is
as follows:
Information exempt from disclosure
The Council has provided information where possible within the laws, but
some information requested has not been provided as to do so would be a
breach of the first Data Protection Act 2018 Principle:
Personal data shall be processed fairly and lawfully.
To provide other individual’s private data would be unlawful under the
Data Protection Act 2018 and therefore this information has been redacted
from the attached documentation.
2. Identify which vehicles are owned and which are leased.
Please see the attached document.
3. Name, position and email address of the staff responsible for these
vehicles.

Dear Mr Breen
Thank you for the information provided.
In light of Q.4, as you don't have the total fuel bill information split between owned and leased vehicles, the overall total fuel spend for the most recent tax year will be sufficient,
I look forward to receiving this information
Yours sincerely,
Joe Wyn Griffith
