Thank you for your request for information in which you asked for a copy
organisation chart, transformation plans and contract spend for IT/Digital.
We hold this information. For ease of reference, we have repeated your request
below and provided our response underneath each of these requests.
Please can you send me a copy of your ICT & Digital organisation chart as well
as your Projects and Change/PMO organisation chart.
Please find attached the most recent organisational structure chart we hold. Please
note that our executive team is undergoing some changes to reflect our role as a
statutory organisation and this will impact on executive portfolios and reporting lines.
Please can you send me your IT/Digital Transformation plans for the next few
years or what is currently taking place.
Please find attached Digital Health and Care Wales’ 2021-22 Annual Plan.
Please can you confirm your agency IT/Digital contract spend for FY 20/21 and
which agencies were used.
The agency IT/Digital resources for 2020/21, including fees and temporary resource
costs is £1,885,269 (inc. VAT)
