Further to your query below, the service have asked if you could clarify
the following so they can better understand what is required and if the
Health Board holds what you require:

• Can you confirm why you have requested the Clinical Standards and
Guidelines Group minutes alongside Medicines Management? As Clinical
Standards and Guidelines Group does not really relate to Medicines
Management.

Once your clarification is received, we will continue to process your
query and advise if there is anything extra to add to your request.
