2) Clinical Governance Group N/A we do not have a Clinical Governance
Group, Clinical Governance issues are reported into Patient Safety and
Effectiveness Sub-Committee and Quality Assurance Committee.

3) Medicines Governance Committee see attached – MGC Minutes 13^th October
2022

4) COVID-19 Tactical Group – attached – 20.06.22 Tactical minutes

5) Medicines Improvement Group attached – MIG Minutes 28^th July 2022
amended.

6) Medical Advisory Committee – N/A we do not have a Medical Advisory
Committee, Medical issues are reported into Patient Safety and
Effectiveness Sub-Committee and Quality Assurance Committee.
