For ease of reference, I have reproduced your questions below and set out
our corresponding responses.

Please can you provide the below for financial year 23/24:

IT/Digital structure / Org chart

IT/Digital contractor spend and agencies used in financial year 23/24 Have
you used any IT/Digital consultancies if so which ones?

We do not categorise supplier expenditure in a way that makes it possible
to reliably report a response to the request. We would need to check
individual records which would take longer than 18 hours. The time
involved in searching for and providing the information you have requested
would exceed the time limit (18 hours) allowed under the Freedom of
Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations
2004.  Accordingly, section 12(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000
will apply.

Current IT/Digital Strategy

Cardiff University does not currently have an IT / Digital Strategy
