1. The amount of money the Council has paid, contracted to pay, agreed to or expects to pay ('Council Payments'), in relation to the planning, implementing and completing of the Kensal Corridor Scheme, to each and any individual, consultant, contractor, project manager, attorney, advisor, governmental body or any other public or private entity (collectively, 'Third Parties'), since 2014.

2. The terms and conditions of each Council Payment to such Third Party.

3. The amount of money the Council has received, contracted to receive, agreed to or expects to receive in relation to the planning, implementing and completing of the Kensal Corridor Scheme, from any Third Party ('Third Party Payments').

4. The terms and conditions of each such Third Party Payment.

5. All documentation, including without limitation, minutes, notes, emails, phone conversation records, letters, relating to discussions, agreements or understandings between Brent Council or Urban Flow consultants or any of Brent Council’s agents, on the one hand, and TfL or its agents on the other hand, relating to any term or condition of TfL’s provision of funds for the Kensal Corridor Scheme, including any condition that the funds will be retracted by TfL if the scheme is not supported by Kensal Rise residents or the scheme is not completed in accordance with any of TfL’s terms and conditions.

6. Any documentation relating to any environmental impact or vehicle traffic congestion impact assessment conducted by environmental and traffic congestion experts or council employees in relation to the Kensal Corridor Scheme.

currently £48,150.00

There has been no agreement made yet, and there have been no discussions
with TfL about withdrawing the funds.
