1. The job title of the person/s with lead responsibility for staff wellbeing.
2. An exhaustive list of the type of services offered to support staff wellbeing, (including employee benefits).
3. The names of the supplier/s used for these services.
4. The month & year staff wellbeing services contract/s end (including extensions).
5. How many persons you employ.
6. Employee attrition / retention rates.
7. Staff take up (number) by each service offered to support staff wellbeing.
8. How much is budgeted annually for staff wellbeing (including employee benefits).

Cycle to Work Scheme

5. Just under 400 employees across all sites.
6. In the 2023/2024 period, 26 people were appointed to positions within the Council and 31 people left their employment with East Staffordshire Borough Council.
7. Take up varies depending on service and some aspects are optional to staff such as joining the Gym Membership, Flu Vaccinations and Cycle to Work Scheme however all employees are covered by the policies and offered staff benefits and both internal and external support.
8. Whilst we don’t have a specific budget for wellbeing annually, wellbeing is covered within our training budget which is around £60,000 annually.
