1. Under the general requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, it is requested that you provide the following information in relation to Rothesay Road, Oldham, OL1 4HG.

a. Dates of all safety inspections undertaken on the highway in the three years preceding the date of 23 September 2017;
b. Dates of all safety inspections undertaken on the public footpath in the three years preceding the date of 23 September 2017;
c. Details of all highway defects identified during safety inspections in the three years preceding the date of 23 September 2017;
d. Details of all public footpath defects identified during the safety inspections in the three years preceding the date of 23 September 2017;
e. Details of how highway safety inspections are undertaken, including whether walked or driven, the speed of the inspection vehicle and the number of persons in the vehicle;
f. Details of how footpath safety inspections are undertaken, including whether walked or driven, the speed of the inspection vehicle and the number of persons in the vehicle;
g. The intended frequency of highway safety inspections;
h. The intended frequency of footpath safety inspections;
i. Details of all complaints and/or enquiries relating to the highway, received in the three years preceding the date of 23 September 2017;
j. The hierarchy classification;
k. The road number;
l. The defect intervention criteria adopted in relation to the identification of all categories of highway defects;
m. The defect intervention criteria adopted in relation to the identification of all categories of footpath defects;
n. The time period(s) adopted between identification and repair (temporary and permanent) of all categories of highway defects; and,
o. The time period(s) adopted between identification and repair (temporary and permanent) of all categories of footpath defects.
